Hi everyone, dont mind the site, Im redesigning, adding new content, refreshing.. and Im on a diet oh sorry "new life choice" plan.. or whatever..

Week 2 - Day 8 - LC - 281 pounds


This was my first week, and I lost 7.6 lbs, I know it is not normal to lose that much amount of weight in one week. I think it is mostly water loss (as in contrast to water gain LOL).

Week 1 - Day 1 - 288.6 lbs.


The day went by really quickly and I had to run many errands. I emailed my diet Buddy giving the reasons why I had to start NOW.

Let me list them here so that I remember if I get discouraged or feel too good to continue:

*Cant walk more than 10 m without getting breathless
*Anxiety attacks
*Hard to breathe (in general)
*Dizziness
*Problems walking (unsteady on feet)
*Feel Bumps in feet (sole of the foot)
*

I only did one set of 20 minute exercise, and I feel guilty (the prescribed amount is 2 times per day)

I wanted to start on Sunday for two reasons:
1) Sunday
